Control your weight, formula for maximum healthy weight is (Height in Inches * 1.1 = Weight in Kg), for example If your height is 68 inches then your weight should not be more than 74.8 Kgs (68 * 1.1 = 74.8).
If your weight is above maximum healthy weight than you should cut you meal by 30%.
